Who we are

Jules TechRight (JTR) Ltd ("JTR", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, and work with clients worldwide.

Contact for privacy questions: [privacy contact email: TODO].

Which laws apply

We aim to comply with the data protection laws that apply to the people we work with, including:

  • the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018;
  • the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and guidance from the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send through our contact form or AI assistant: name, email, phone, company, country, time zone, service of interest, budget range and your message.
  • Assistant conversations: the messages you exchange with the JTR Assistant, processed to generate replies.
  • Technical data: IP address (used briefly for security and rate limiting) and basic request information.
  • Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it (legal bases)

  • To reply to your enquiry and take steps before entering a contract (contract / pre-contract).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
  • To understand how the site is used, only with your permission (consent).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers acting on our instructions, for example:

  • Anthropic (AI assistant responses);
  • Resend (sending enquiry emails to our team);
  • Vercel (hosting and, with consent, analytics).

Some providers process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to [TODO: retention period] unless we start working together. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, your local EU authority, or the NDPC in Nigeria).

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to run the site (for example to remember your language, theme and cookie choice). Analytics only load after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest update.
